Apply for 1:1 Parent-Centric Reset Coaching

Support for parents who are ready to interrupt escalation cycles &
create real change at home.

This is for you if:

  • you feel stuck in repeated escalation cycles with your child

  • you react in ways you don’t feel good about—and want to respond differently in the moment

  • traditional parenting strategies aren’t working

  • you’re ready to do things differently

What to expect:

  • 3 months of 1:1 coaching (9 individual sessions)

  • personalized support tailored to your family dynamics

  • concrete, practical tools you can use immediately

  • a focus on shifting patterns—not just managing behavior

This work is not about:

  • quick fixes

  • behavior charts or reward systems

  • “perfect parenting”

It’s about changing the root patterns

Before applying, please consider:

  • Are you open to looking at your role in the pattern (without blame)?

  • Are you willing to try a different approach than what you’ve done before?

  • Are you ready for lasting change strategies—not just more parenting tips?
