You are warmly invited to a safe, inclusive space for overwhelmed parents/caregivers to find relief, connection, support and guidance to help them weather these challenging, boring, and unpredictable times with their families. 

During our WEEKLY ZOOM GROUP you'll have the opportunity to:

     1. Share with each other and pick up resources, coping skills and ideas for activities at home.

     2. Receive expert parenting tips and support to help when your kids won't listen or you're so done with constant power struggles, tantrums, regression, etc. 

     3. Feel part of a community, even while sheltering in place.

Think of it as a weekly infusion of ease, coping skills, and new ideas.

WHEN: I'll be there every Saturday, starting April 18th from 9-10am EDT

You're welcome to join as you're able and stay as long as your kids let you.

HOW MUCH? This group is being offered on sliding scale basis so much needed connection and support are available to you, without financial stress.

The 3 suggested  levels are:  

     1. $0-$5, 

     2. $10

     3. $15
